When you order a server (Linux or Windows), the login information will be generated for you automatically. A Linux family operating system will always have the “root” default user, whereas a Microsoft Windows operating system will always have “Administrator” as the default user.
When the server is deployed to you, you’ll receive an automated email without the generated password. To get it, log into your client portal and click on the new server:
The password will be visible in the overview section for 24 hours after deployment.
