Do you ignore DMCA? What is your DMCA policy?

Why do you take actions regarding DMCA, if your company is offshore?

We at Cherry Servers do not ignore DMCA incidents. After a client is informed about a DMCA incident, 24 hours is given to respond, take action and deal with the infringing material.

If the 24 hour limit is ignored or Cherry Servers is repeatedly contacted regarding the same infringing material, we reserve the right to take action by blocking the associated IP address, HTTP/HTTPS port or limit network access completely.

It should also be noted that we reserve the right to filter out internet links, associated with the infringing material, thus making it unreachable from the internet.
