Multiple pre-built hardware configuration functionality allows for custom dedicated servers that are no longer used by our customers to be brought back to production with a unique hardware configuration setup.
There was a single pre-built hardware configuration per dedicated server plan before, while now we will have multiple pre-built hardware configurations for a single dedicated server plan. These new hardware configurations would typically include larger memory, more storage disks, or an optional GPU card that are not available with the standard plan.
Quick deployment without set-up fees
Multiple pre-built hardware configurations functionality will allow customers to benefit from a much higher variety of dedicated servers deployed automatically within 10 minutes. If any of these unique hardware configurations is suitable for your use case, you won’t need to pay a set-up fee, nor have to wait up to 72 hours before such a dedicated server is deployed.
How to purchase a pre-built server with a unique hardware configuration?
- To purchase a unique server with a pre-built hardware configuration, you need to visit our customer portal and click the New Instance button.
2. Choose a dedicated server category that you are looking for. A plan with multiple pre-built hardware configurations has a gray icon in the upper right corner.
3. You will find the available pre-built hardware configurations below:
As you can see, there are currently 3 different pre-built hardware configurations for AMD EPYC 7313P plan available at the moment.
4. Choose relevant hardware, add additional configurations and use the server in just 10 minutes.
