I am not able to log in to my Windows server. What should I do?

How to connect to the server.

HOW TO CONNECT TO A WINDOWS SERVER USING RDP (WINDOWS)

If you need to connect to your „Windows” server using RDP protocol, launch the „Remote Desktop Connection“ program.

Windows server login

Once it loads, enter your server‘s IP address (1) and click „Connect“ (2). If the server is online and accepting connection, you‘ll see a „Enter your credentials“ window appear. Input your username (3), password (4) and click „Ok“ (5). If all goes well, you‘ll then be connected to your server‘s „Windows“ operating system.

HOW TO CONNECT TO A WINDOWS SERVER USING RDP (LINUX)

If you cannot connect to your server via SSH or RDP (depending on the operating system), we recommend either connecting to your server via it's IP KVM/VNC unit (OOBM) or contacting us at support@cherryservers.com

We have a great tutorial about How to Use IP KVM Out-of-band-management Console that may help you.
